Returns and Exchanges
Since all of our items are made to order, we are only able to offer returns for store credit or exchanges for hats, belts and clothing items ONLY. We do not offer returns on jewelry items or glasses. This must be done within 30 days of your purchase. Item must be unworn with original tags.
How to file a return:
1. Log in to your account
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Customer covers shipping cost ($10). After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
What to do if my item is damaged:
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and descriptions and photos of the damage.
If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and immediately send you out a replacement!
