Where is my order?

All of our items are fully handmade and made to order by one woman; our owner. Please have patience and allow approximately 2-3 for your order to be shipped out. If you have been waiting longer than that and you still haven't received a tracking number, please send us an email at shopdiscodisiac@gmail.com or a direct message on Instagram @discodisiac. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Can I change or cancel an order once placed?

We're so sorry babes, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed, they process too quickly... but don't worry, we bet you will love it no matter what!

Can I return something I bought?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns on any of our items unless it arrives damaged. See our return policy for more details!

I got my order and something is wrong. What do I do?

Uh oh! If you've received your order and something's wrong with it we need to be notified within 30 days of order placed. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we'll need a photo when you contact us to help! Please send us an email with a description and photos at shopdiscodisiac@gmail.com Discodisiac is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on what item you have ordered and the shipping time you select. Most orders take 2-3 weeks to be shipped out and then an addition 2-5 biz days to transit. Please understand that all of our items are handmade, so they will take longer than other websites you shop from.

Do you offer payment plans?

We sure do! We know how it is sometimes, girl! Discodisiac offers customers the option to split their purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between 50 USD and 3000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees passed on to customers. Paying in installments with Shop Pay is powered and serviced by Affirm. Please select ShopPay Installments at checkout to pay using a payment plan. Payment Plans are also offered for custom orders.

Am I able to change details on a current design?

Yes! You can change any details on any of our products by placing a custom order. Please fill out a custom order form or send us an Instagram DM to get started.
